Lyrics - 9 This album was excellent, with the strongest lyrics you could ever imagine. Sometimes I find it hard to imagine what state the writer of these songs Mat Devine, must have been in when he wrote some of these songs. The opening song They can't save us now has a really strong meaning I think, to me, it's a song about leaving home, sort of abandoning your loved ones, and now regretting you've leaving everything behind
