This isn't nepotism as both Ces and DCQ hold it down on the mic with considerable command of lyrics and flow Ces can be a bit 'abrasive' at times. That being said, Mos is clearly the star of the album and after a few listens you'll wish he had a larger role on the album. Excellent hip-hop album that is enjoyable if not a little forgettable, nonetheless it's well worth picking up if you're a fan of Mos Def or alternative hip-hop. Read more.
