Headstrong is the only song single by American rock band Trapt and the lead single from their 2002 self-titled debut album. It reached No. 1 on the Billboard Mainstream Rock one week on July 26, 2003 and Modern Rock five weeks on May 31, 2003 charts and No. 16 on the Billboard Hot 100, as well as No. 1 on the singles recurrent charts.
