It's possible this is a duplicate of John Lennon - Walls And Bridges but the plant is not specified there.

Jacket no longer has the 2 flaps nor does it come with custom inner sleeve or booklet.
Back of jacket has added Capitol dome and EMI box logos with factory/copyright statement along the bottom.
