This was a three-week tour that took Coltrane from France to Denmark, Finland, and Sweden, and found him playing over 30 live dates. While Coltrane did make several live recordings during this period, these specific recordings were culled from local radio broadcasts and personal recordings made by audience members. Some of these bootleg recordings have been available previously, but never remastered and collected into one place as they are.
