Short intro

Keeper of the Seven Keys: Part II is the third studio album by German power metal band Helloween, released in 1988. The album sold well, and success bloomed all over Europe, Asia, and even the United States. The album went gold in Germany and reached No. 108 in the US. Two singles were released from the album, Dr. Stein and I Want Out. Stein has a very long and moody solo, played with a blues tinge, very unlike other solos on the album, as well as an organ solo. I Want Out remains the band. Save Us 05:12 was not included on most versions of the original LP and on some CD versions it is listed as a bonus track and placed as track 7 or 10. It was included as track 7 side b track 1 on the original USA release by Noise Records. A music video was made for the song I Want Out. The 3rd album released by Helloween, it is the intended follow-up to their previous studio effort, Keeper of the Seven Keys, Pt. This album marks the bands largest commercial success with their most well-known song and hit single, I Want Out. This album also continues to develop the early European Power-Metal sound. When we think of thrash metal, we think of certain things. The Big Four of Anthrax, Metallica, Slayer and Megadeth. With their sophomore effort, Keeper of the Seven Keys Pt 1, German metal band Helloween helped set the foundation for the European power metal scene. Excellent tracks such as I'm Alive, Twilight of the Gods, and most importantly, Halloween showcased some of the genre's most important elements such as powerful, melodic riffs and leads, speed, and high pitched vocals. A year later, Helloween released the follow up album, Keeper of the Seven Keys Pt 2. Like its predecessor, the second Keepers album is hailed as a classic, even today. This new album was also very important in sending pow. But it seemed that Helloween's heretofore leader, guitarist Kai Hansen, had lost interest in his own band, and the result was a terribly inconsistent album. Except for the excellent I Want Out, his few song contributions reek of indifference, leaving vocalist Michael Kiske and second guitarist Michael Weikath to try and pick up the slack - with mixed results
