I also have this version, bought in the UK but marked as "Import" on the case. This French manufactured disc seems to be unique in having only 13 tracks, although in reality it is the same track list as the original CD release (ie excludes Ferry and San Jose, but has the extended Two Tribes) - it's just that Last Voice is merged into Two Tribes and Ballad of 32 is merged into Wish, hence losing 2 track counts.
The sleeve is totally wrong however, and really belongs with the re-release CDs. Even then its still wrong, as it mis-spells Ferry as Fury.
All in all, a very confusing release. But its still fantastic music and basically the best version as it has that extended Two Tribes "Annihilation" mix.
