This is something I have been worried about but I want to assure people reading this that Yes, they did keep the insidental sections between the songs. I am so happy because of that! Also, it was re-mastered for vinyl and it sounds so tastey! The bass is a lot more noticeable than before. One thing I did notice is that the more it gets into the center of the album, the more crunchy the sound gets. I don't remember all of my albums doing that but I heard it's a common thing for vinyls to sound that way. Maybe it's just a bad needle. Either way. It's awesome!

I noticed on side D the sound quality is really not stellar as you get to the center of the record. Octavarium is 24 min packed on that side so totally understandable. Shame because that JP solo during V. Razor's Edge is the high point of the album.

Fantastic pressing! I usually am very picky on vinyl quality, but this is just as silent as the CD in terms of background noise... and better in terms of dynamics.

Question. Is the negetive space that was on the CD (ex the space between Panic Attack and Never Enough) present on the vinyl pressing? Its not a deal breaker but it would enhance my decision.

Mine is not numbered. I believe this has only been pressed once but new copies are still easy to find.
