This review of the Cures Wish-released on April 21, 1992-originally ran in the May 1992 issue of Spin. Or does it . Whilst retaining the sound and mood of Disintegration 1989 on some tracks, Wish often found the band moving into more of a dream pop :Citation needed. Dig a little deeper and the album reveals itself to be just as tortured, and perhaps more despairing. 1 Recording.
