Los Angeles Philharmonic: все альбомы, включая John Adams: Must the Devil Have All the Good Tunes , Claude Dubussy - Karol Szymanowski The masters of music , Erich Wolfgang Korngold - Miklós Rózsa Zukerman performs Beethoven's Violin Concerto in D Major, Op. 61, with the Los Angeles Philharmonic, conducted by Zubin Mehta and also Beethoven's Sonata for Violin & Piano No. 10 in G major The Cockcrow, with Marc Neikrug, pianist. Performer: Pinchas Zukerman, Marc Neikrug. I keep hearing how great this concerto is and I want to love it, but, based on this recording, it just doesn't do it for me. Zukerman and Mehta are obviously fine musicians, but this recording just doesn't seem to have any zest or sparkle. I'm going to have to try another one HeifetzMunch or MenuhinFurtwangler and give it another shot. Read more. Album 1992 7 Songs. Ludwig van Beethoven composed his Violin Concerto in D major, Op. 61, in 1806. Its first performance by Franz Clement was unsuccessful and for some decades the work languished in obscurity, until revived in 1844 by Joseph Joachim. Since then it has become one of the best-known violin concertos. Beethoven had previously written a number of pieces for violin and orchestra. At some point in 17902, before his musical maturity, he began a Violin Concerto in C, of which only a fragment of the first.
