British house trio X-Press 2 comprised former record store manager Ashley Beedle aka Black Science Orchestra, DJ Diesel, and DJ Rocky aka Problem Kids. The threesome became involved in electronic music in 1993 while playing in a post-acid house outfit called Ballistic Brothers. A year later, the deep house single Lazy anticipated their debut album, Muzikizum, featuring collaborations from electropop Yello's Dieter Meier and Talking Heads' David Byrne.
