Considering a couple of the volumes of Maxi Pop have been disappointingly reissued with only ONE disc and half the number of songs, this greatest hits' of tracks from the first 5 volumes is welcome because it brings back some of the tracks lost in the transition. It's amazing to me that a Spanish label would release so many volumes worth of alternative music that seems much more US and UK influenced, but I'm grateful, because many songs and 12 versions appear for the first time on CD, making these discs crucial for collectors.
