After the band's return from India, he recorded the song as a demo at Kinfauns, George Harrison's home, before sessions for The Beatles also known as the White Album took place. Junk is the seventh studio album by French electronic music band M83, released on 8 April 2016 on Naïve Records in France and Mute Records in the United States.
