Short intro

The Beatles' First is a German compilation album of songs recorded in Hamburg in 1961 and 1962 by Tony Sheridan with the Beatles as his backing group. It has been released in 1964 in Germany, in 1967 in England, 1969 in Canada and finally in the United States in 1970. The Beatles' First was released in 1964 by German Polydor Polydor 20328 and was available in the UK as an import. Four songs by Sheridan with other musicians where added to the eight recorded by the Beatles. The track Take Out. Greatest Hits Volume 1 is a greatest hits compilation album by The Beatles which was exclusive to Australia, Singapore and New Zealand. The album was compiled by EMI Australia to fill in the gap between Rubber Soul and Revolver much like A Collection of Beatles Oldies would in 1966 in between Revolver and Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band. The compilation and its follow-up were both originally conceived in early 1966, when EMI Australia requested stereo tapes from their UK branch for tracks not. The Beatles with Tony Sheridan and Their Guests was an American album featuring Cry for a Shadow, a track recorded by the Beatles in Hamburg in 1961, with five tracks recorded in Hamburg in 1961 in which the Beatles provided backing music for vocalist Tony Sheridan, some of which had been released in Germany on the album My Bonnie under the name Tony Sheridan and the Beat Brothers the name Beatles had been avoided as it sounded too like Piedels, Low German for penises. The album was. The Beatles was: Tony Sheridan: Vocal, John Lennon: Guitar, Vocal, Paul McCartney: Guitar, Vocal, George Harrison: Lead Guitar, Background Vocal, Stuart Sutcliffe: Bass, Pete Best: Drums. Aint She Sweet, Cry For A Shadow, If You Love Me, Baby, Kansas City, Lets Dance, My in album The Beatles featuring Tony Sheridan 1964. The Beatles - Ain't She Sweet. The Beatles Sheridan - Let's Dance. The Beatles Sheridan - My Bonnie. The Beatles Sheridan - Take Out Some Insurance On Me baby. The Beatles Sheridan - What'd I Say. The Beatles Sheridan - Sweet Georgia Brown. The Beatles Sheridan - The Saints. The Beatles Sheridan - Ruby Baby. The Beatles Sheridan - Why Can't You Love Me Again. The Beatles 1 - Highlights. The Beatles work was always impeccable. Those four young men, John, Paul, George and Ringo, broke so many records and so many barriers and they will be remembered for being the most significant music creators of the twentieth century. This collection of number ones is taken from the most widely circulated charts in the UK Record Retailer and the USA Billboard. Looking through the list of songs brings back so many memories for me. My first thought was about Love Me Do - our first single. To begin with nobody wanted to know, even in our own record company. The 2-CD set comes with a specially-designed book that is a historical trove of concert and intimate photos taken by Astrid Kirchherr and others who were with The Beatles during the early days of their career. Made in Holland Despite M33 Mono album label print, the record plays Stereo. Cover variation with advertisement for 15 other LPs on the rear. Budget reissue in the Polydor Special series. The Beatles with Tony Sheridan - Why Hamburg 1962 3:02. The Beatles with Tony Sheridan - Ya Ya Part 1&2 Hamburg 1962 4:59. Zur Liste hinzufügen. Sheridan handles almost all of the vocals, and there are only two tracks without him, a version of John Lennon singing Aint She Sweet and an early George Harrison instrumental called Cry for a Shadow, both of which are featured here in mono, stereo, and medley versions. This isnt the Beatles as most of the world knows the group, and these recordings definitely have more of a historical value than anything else. The Beatles' First is the first British packaging of the 1962 German album by Tony Sheridan and The Beat Brothers . The Beatles called My Bonnie. It was recorded in Hamburg in 1961. It has been released in 1964, 1967 and 2004. The Beatles' First was released in 1964 by German Polydor catalogue numbers LPHM46432SPLHM237632 and was available in the UK as an import. On 4 August 1967, Polydor officially released the album in the UK, but with a different sleeve and catalogue number 236-201
