Short intro

Walk It Off - Tapes 'n Tapes. Лента с персональными рекомендациями и музыкальными новинками, радио, подборки на любой вкус, удобное управление своей коллекцией. Walk It Off is the second album from the Minneapolis-based band Tapes 'n Tapes, released on 2 April 2008. While their previous album, The Loon, was produced by the band's bassist and producer, Eric Applewick, and was recorded in a friend's unfinished basement studio, Walk It Off was recorded by a producer, David Fridmann, at Tarbox Road Studio in Cassadaga, New York. The album has 12 tracks, although it was originally planned to have fifteen. The first single released for the album was Hang Them All. Album 2008 12 Songs. Walk It Off Tapes 'n Tapes. n Tapes. Walk It Off. On Walk It Off, Tapes 'n Tapes' first album for XL, the band trades the energy of The Loon for a more polished, cohesive sound, but it's hard to say that they got the better end of the deal. Album release date: 8 April 2008. It's rare to pull off an album this succint and not invite boredom it's even rarer if it fucking rocks. The album as a whole finds a strange homogeny, and Tapes 'N Tapes keep exploring hip, leaving everyone guessing as to whether they meant to make such a confusing outfit or the pieces were just on sale. But don't rush down to Dixons just yet. Second albums are never easy, but it's difficult to believe that Walk It Off is by the same band who released the innovative, abstract, and gritty debut album, The Loon in 2005. The need to double check becomes overwhelming. Take from this album what you can, Walk It Off More like sleep it off. This work is licensed under a Creative Commons Licence.
