The shakuhachi Japanese: 尺八しゃくはち, pronounced Chinese: 尺八 pinyin: chǐbā is a Japanese and ancient Chinese longitudinal, end-blown bamboo-flute. It was originally introduced from China into Japan in the 7th century and reached its peak in the Edo period. 17th18th century. The oldest shakuhachi in Japan is currently stored in Shōsō-in, Nara. The shakuhachi introduced into Japan changed its form and scale many times after that, and the present shakuhachi was completed in the Edo. Takeo Yamashiro was the brother of Maseo and a member of the Yakuza crime empire. Takeo was jealous of her brother as he was married to Tatsu Yamashiro, a woman Takeo also craved for. When General Karnz provided Takeo with a couple of special swords, he used them to kill Maseo and caused the death of Tatsu's family. However, he lost one of the swords to Tatsu and soon he learned that the sword could steal the sould of the living that it slains. Follow ArtistRelated to Takeo Yamashiro - Shakuhachi
