Notes

The recording and songlist are different from the LP of the same title. This compilation is especially confusing. The actual music recordings are identical to the limited edition Ragophile release from 1994 of The Ragtimers' 25th Anninversary CD which contained songs from their 15th Anniversary LP and selections from the later Ragophile LP, "Early Portraits. Ragophile first released this compilation on a CD with the same cover art as their 15th Anniversary LP in 1994. Apparently, to increase distribution, they let GHB Jazzology release the compilation re-labeled with a cover to match the GHB Ragtimers CD Series as Volume 5 of that Series. So, for collectors, if you own the rare 25th Anniversary Ragophile CD, then you already own the same music as the Volume 5 CD.

The GHB label became the GHB Jazzology label then Jazzology.
