Slowly Rolling Camera formed in Cardiff in 2013 and brought together four wildly talented musicians from diverse backgrounds. The result was a captivating hybrid of these influences: trip hop, jazz, soul, electronic music fused into a new and unique soundscape. With this formation they released 2 albums Slowly Rolling Camera in 2014 and All Things in 2016 and an EP Into the Shadow in 2014. The result is music that has distinct echoes of the invisible soundtracks of UK progressives Cinematic Orchestra and Portishead. Dipping into a diverse world of trip-hop, jazz and drum and bass rhythms, this album is influenced as much by the Cinematic Orchestra and Portishead as by James Blake and Bonobo.
