Limited Edition Advance promotional Split Tape between Severe Warning and Mutant Soldier, promoting their 2 upcoming cassette releases on the Underground Express Demo Series. Mutant Soldier's cassette would be released under the name "Battered Existence" before the end of 1989. This promotional Split was limited to 150 copies, 130 with the white covers and 20 with red covers.

Mutant Soldier's Soldier Of Misfortune was later re-named and released as Battered Existence later in 1989. A 4 Song Advance was planned for release after this, with these same songs plus 1 more from each band, and with the updated Mutant Soldier demo title since Soldier Of Misfortune had been changed to Battered Existence. The completed paste-ups for the alterred cover show that this release would have gotten the Underground Express serial number UE006, but it never happened due to the departure of Darrin Winne from Severe Warni.
