One Cold Night is an acoustic album by South African post-grunge and alternative metal band Seether, released on 11 July 2006, that features 12 acoustic tracks plus bonus DVD footage recorded in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania at the Grape Street Club on 22 February 2006. The album includes live acoustic renditions of songs from the band's Fragile, Disclaimer, and Karma and Effect albums, a cover song, and a remixed version of The Gift. Seether: Shaun Morgan - lead vocals, rhythm guitar Dale Stewart - bass, backing vocals John Humphrey - drums Pat Callahan - lead guitar Recorded at Grape Street, in Philadelphia, on 22 February 2006. Grape Street, the Philadelphia venue where One Cold Night was recorded on February 22, 2006, is also the location of the chance encounter between guitarist Pat Callahan, singer Shaun Morgan, and bassist Dale Stewart. Callahan was given a chance to audition for the band after Morgan saw him play at Grape Street. But the venue was chosen as the album site for a sense of homecoming and comfort for the entire band - not just Callahan. One Cold Night was recorded at Grape Street Club in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on 22 February 2006. In the interview, the band frontman said that he doesnt want to wait two years to release each new album, so putting out One Cold Night is a way to satiate fans with some new or little heard material along with reworked versions of songs from their catalog. The album includes live acoustic renditions of songs from the bands previous albums-Fragile, Disclaimer, and Karma and Effect. Fifth track, Immortality, is a cover of Immortality 1994 by Pearl Jam.
