Short intro

Paul is dead is an urban legend and conspiracy theory alleging that Paul McCartney, of the English rock band the Beatles, died on 9 November 1966 and was secretly replaced by a look-alike. The rumour began circulating around 1967, but grew in popularity after being reported on American college campuses in late 1969. Proponents based the theory on perceived clues found in Beatles songs and album covers. Clue-hunting proved infectious, and within a few weeks had become an international phenomenon. In 1997, he recorded a second album Telling the Truth, in New York as an exchange for recording some commercials. He released the album himself and mainly sold it at performances. Telling the Truth was re-issued in 2011, over 34 years since its original release. A mysterious caller told him to put on the Beatles White Album and spin the number nine, number nine intro from Revolution 9 backwards. When Gibb tried it on the air, he heard the words, Turn me on, dead man. The clues kept coming. Life magazine sent reporters out to stalk McCartney on his farm after throwing a bucket of water on them, Paul agreed to an interview and photos, just to make this mess go away. In the November 9th cover story Paul McCartney Is Still With Us , he casually added, The Beatles thing is over. But nobody noticed. And thats really why the Paul is dead legend lives on. Its a tribute to all the life in the music. Long live the Beatles - and long live Paul. Reiner once wrote in his book My Anecdotal Life: Inviting people to laugh at you while you are laughing at yourself is a good thing to do. You may be the fool but you are the fool in charge. Tributes have been paid by stars including William Shatner and Rosanna Arquette. Reiner was a gifted comic actor, but he spent most of his career slightly out of the spotlight - writing, directing and letting others get the this mockumentary spoof of Paul Is Dead theories, the summer of 2005, a package arrived at the Hollywood offices of Highway 61 Entertainment from London with no return address. Inside were two mini-cassette audio tapes dated December 30, 1999 and labeled The Last Testament of George Harrison. What would you say if I tell you that I can prove if Paul McCartney is dead or alive without Paul McCartney's DNA Let me show you how easy that you can be fooled. However, the remaining Beatles tried to signal fans with clues on album covers and in songs. Until now, the Paul is Dead mystery that exploded worldwide in 1969 was considered a hoax. The album contained John Lennon's A Day in the Life, which had the lyrics He blew his mind out in a car and the recorded phrase Paul is dead, miss him, miss him, which becomes evident only when the song is played backward. Paul-is-dead believers think the Beatles accompanied these backward tape loops and veiled references to d. The Beatles' world-famous Abbey Road album cover that sparked a million conspiracy theories. For Beatles obsessives with fevered imaginations, it was ultimate proof of the bizarre theory of the time - that Paul McCartney was, in fact, dead. According to the legend, Paul had died in a car accident and been replaced by an impostor. The band, it was said, subsequently felt guilty about the deception, and so placed hidden clues on the album cover for their fans. Thus, even today, despite the apparent rude health of McCartney, they insist that if you look closely at the images on the front and. To certify that someone is dead, you listen to the heart for one minute and feel for a pulse for one minute. You examine for signs of breathing, you look at the pupils to check there is no response to a shining light. If you're not certain, you can rub on the breastbone, which is a very painful procedure: if they are not dead, they'll quickly jump up and say, That hurt Nowadays there are machine tests for brainstem death that involve connecting up the brain and looking at the activity. Those tests would be done before organ donation. Rigor mortis is the stiffening of the. For believers, the release of The Queen Is Dead in June 1986 proved that the Smiths were the greatest group in the world. A month after the release of The Queen Is Dead, the quartet threw down the gauntlet with non-album single Panic, whose war-cry chorus proposed to hang the blessed DJ for constantly playing music that says nothing to me about my life. And then theres the life-and-death serious stuff. Both songs of unrequited love, I Know Its Over and There Is a Light make a pair: The first spins majesty out of misery, the second transcends it with a sublime and nakedly religious vision of hope-in-vain as an end in itself
