"S/4731" on sleeve, "S-4731" on the new blue 'herald' labels. Mixed font on labels - short/square number and narrow "side one" and "side two": the earliest style for blue 'herald' labels, from late 1971. Unusually, there is some non-bold font - this was generally a later feature, but here, the mixed header fonts and darker shade of blue point to the earlier date. Sleeve, with 1970 address combination, unchanged on back of sleeve:
