The album cover itself does not feature the title. Initially announced and released under the title "Rememinent Observance" but changed in January 2013 to "Observance 12R12R12R" and later to "Observtion 12R12R12R" and in June 2013 once again changed to "Overvtion R12". Yet another change was made in September 2013 it was called "12 12 12".
