Jerome Deupree, the band's original drummer, quit due to health problems during the recording of the album and was replaced by Billy Conway. The best thing here is the consistency unlike Good, Cure For Pain is almost completely solid from start to finish, while simultaneously even more creative than anything they previously recorded.
