Tapes, vinyl, cdrs you name it, hes done it, but its taken until now for Shiflet to weld together what he regards as his defining work. Christopher Aubrey Shiflett born May 6, 1971 is an American musician. He is most recognizable as lead guitarist for the American rock band Foo Fighters. He was previously a member of the punk rock bands No Use for a Name 19862012 and Me First and the Gimme Gimmes 19952019. He joined the Foo Fighters in 1999 following the release of their third album, and performed with all three bands as well as several other side projects simultaneously.
