Four zonal, rolling cuts from British duo MadderModes are the first original works from artists other than label heads, Berkson & What, and in company with the quickly developing Modelmaker sound. Having risen steadily since 2014 with a tight selection of high quality EPs, MadderModes have drifted skillfully between the loose borders of house and techno. They maintain these hefty production levels here with textured sound design, tripped out and intricate percussion, hazy atmospherics and underlying, deep sub-lines and it makes for a thrilling ride. MadderModes is a British deep house and techno duo consisting of Nic Ford and Andy Harper. Now a transcontinental project - with production taking place between Manchester and Saigon - MadderModes first official release came in 2014 with a self released 12 under their own Shift Coordinate Points imprint
