Лента с персональными рекомендациями и музыкальными новинками, радио, подборки на любой вкус, удобное управление своей. Jim Cregan, Rod Stewart. Blondes Have More Fun is Rod Stewart's ninth album, released in November 1978. As was the popular musical trend at the time, it is Stewart's foray into disco music, which although commercially successful, was critically divisive. The lead single Da Ya Think I'm Sexy became one of Stewart's biggest hits, peaking at No. 1 in both the UK and US. After carving a highly successful career throughout the 1970s as a rock singer, Stewart elected to follow the disco trend that was at its peak in 1978 for some. Recorded at a Sydney, Australia show on November 21, 1974, Blondes Have More Fun is a bootleg LP that came out on various underground labels in the '70s. After coming out on Sweet Bread Records, Blondes Have More Fun was reissued by Wizardo a few years later. Unfortunately, the Wizardo version is problematic in a number of respects: Wizardo doesn't tell you when or where the album was recorded and the songs aren't listed in their correct order. Blondes Have More Fun is a song written by Rod Stewart and Jim Cregan that was originally released as the title track of Stewart's 1978 album Blondes Have More Fun. In some countries it was released as the third single off the album, following Da Ya Think I'm Sexy and Ain't Love a Bitch. It only reached the Top 70 in the UK, topping out at 63 but reached 23 in Ireland. The song was covered by Vince Neil on the Japanese version of his album Exposed. Blondes Have More Funs nastiest problem is exemplified by Is That the Thanks I Get , even though a lucid arrangement and Stewarts happily evil delivery make it the albums most memorable cut. Much of the song is devoted to uptempo complaining about an ex-girlfriend whose identity will be no secret to readers of the National Enquirer. You said we made such a pretty pairLiving in harmonyIm sorry, honey, but I disagreeIt seemed more like a comedy, sings Stewart, with a spitefulness thats unbecoming but lively. Then, at the end of a string of similar insults, comes an inopportune chorus. Album 1978 10 Songs. Рок-музика 1978Related to Lou Reed - Blondes Have More Fun!
