Accompaniment is provided by The Calypso Rhythm Kings who also recorded with Lord Beginner, Young Growler, King Timothy, George Browne and others during the Windrush calypso days. It's a mystery why this session was released on Polydor when most other calypso recorded in Britain came through the Melodisc or Pye Nixa imprints.
