It's, in my opinion, a hypocritical tirade against hypocrisy much like a catcher in the rye. It follows the lives of Christian and Gloria, a couple in the modern era. After Viva La Gloria Little girl, though, the story abruptly ends and the band goes on to proclaim the hazards of war in a hypocritical and stereotypical manner-and that, in my opinion, is where this album goes to the dogs.
