Time The Motion is the sixth full-length studio album by Japanese recording artist Kahoru Kohiruimaki, and was released in Japan only in November 1989. The album includes the songs Mind Bells and Bliss, both co-written and mostly performed by Prince and Levi Seacer, Jr. Kahoru Kohiruimaki's manager, Seijiro Udo, had promoted Prince's Japanese concerts on the Lovesexy Tour, and Udo asked Prince to provide some tracks for Kohiruimaki. Prince and Levi Seacer, Jr. recorded the tracks in Summer 1989, and Kohiruimaki simply overdubbed vocals for the tracks in Autumn 1989. KAHORU KOHIRUIMAKI Time The Motion 1989 Japanese 11-track CD album, picture sleeve booklet with Japanese lyrics obi-strip 29K2-1002. Friday, January 10, 2014. Kahoru Kohiruimaki - Time The Motion. Back in July 2012 when I put up my article on Kahoru Kohiruimaki's小比類巻かほる dynamite Dreamer, I rather lamented the fact that I couldn't find any other of that song's companion tunes from her 6th studio album, Time The Motion, released in November 1989. The final track I'll show for tonight is Riverside Park which is the 2nd-last track on Time The Motion, and seems to act as musical denouement for the album. It doesn't really spark like some of the other big tracks and it's a bit of a breezy little tune which was once again made up by the singer and Ohuchi. Kohiruimaki Kahoru 小比類巻かほる is a Japanese musician. She debuted in 1985 with the single NEVER SAY GOOD-BYE. Four years later in 1989, her sixth studio album, TIME THE MOTION, included two songs written by Prince. Her 1992 album, FRONTIER, would also have two song written but this time by Maurice White. From 1998 to 2000, Kohiruimaki went by the alias Ruey and release two albums under an indies label. Nickname: Kohhy. Birthdate: March 16, 1967. Birthplace: Aomori Prefecture.
