Overview . Patrick Cunningham, John O'Kane. Released: Oct 1991. John O'Kane: English former professional footballer who played as a defender. He started his career with Manchester United but failed to break into the first team, and after loan spells with Wimbledon, Bury and Bradford City, he made a permanent move to Everton in January 1998. There he found first-team opportunities easier to come by, but a change of manager at the end of the 1997-98 season meant he fell out of favour again and was sent on loan to Burnley at the start of the 1998-99 season. He went on loan again to Bolton Wanderers at the start of 1999-2000, a move that was made permanen. John Kane August 19, 1860 - August 10, 1934 was an American painter celebrated for his skill in Naïve art. He was the first self-taught American painter in the 20th century to be recognized by a museum. When, on his third attempt, his work was admitted to the 1927 Carnegie International Exhibition, he attracted considerable attention from the media, which initially suspected that his success was a prank. He inadvertently paved the way for other self-taught artists, from Grandma Moses to Outsider Art
