His popularity continued long after his death with the release of numerous compilation albums and new material from the vaults being portioned out sporadically over the years. Jim Croce born January 10, 1943, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - died September 20, 1973, Natchitoches, Louisiana, USA was an American singer and songwriter.
