Indigo is the eighth solo album by electronic music pioneer Jean-Jacques Perrey. It was released in 1970 on Vanguard Records, an independent label. The ninth selection, a cover of Beethoven's Turkish March called The Elephant Never Forgets, was used as the theme song for El Chavo del Ocho. The song was the subject of a lawsuit against Mexican media giant Televisa, who was forced to pay Vanguard Records and Perrey for the use of the song for several years by Chespirito with neither royalty.
