But he also scored several films. What makes Starman interesting is it's a John Carpenter film, and John scored most of his own films. When he didn't, such as The Thing, his influence was still heard and seen. This is not a tense film, like one may expect from Carpenter, but a beautiful one. Verified Purchase.
