Notes

Bovine Records decided the cover art Charles Bronson submitted used too much black ink and thus cost too much to print, or something like that, so they changed the cover art without telling Charles Bronson. When the band got their copies of the record, they were disgusted and glued a photocopy of the intended cover art onto all 130 they had. They also added an insert (see pictures) explaining the whole situation and offering to change anyone else's covers if they mailed in the record. The Ice Nine side is the same as all the other copies, as are the inside covers.
