This release looks just like LSP 4361, except the sleeve has been reprinted with '38-224' over the LSP catalog number. The label has both numbers (the LSP is in parentheses) and it looks different than the LSP release. It looks like maybe a non-US knock-off, but all the label parts say US.

Some copies included two dual-language (English-Afrikaans) fly-sheets, one is red, black and white and the other just black and white. The first is a 'Free Record Dividend Certificate' with return address of RCA Record Club, PO Box 1818, Johannesburg. The second is an 'Important' club notice on the non-returnable nature of the record.
