1) On the back cover, the song "Mum And Dad" is listed but is not actually on the album
2) On the label the songwriting credits for the song "Ace, King, Queen Jack" it lists "Cowap/Moore", it should read "Cowap/Noone"

Blaze is the sixth album released by MGM Records in the US and Canada for the band Herman's Hermits. The album was released in October 1967. Blaze was not released in the UK at the time. While Herman's Hermits couldn't keep up with the revolutionary sounds created in 1967 by the Beatles, Cream, or Jimi Hendrix, they did manage to release pop records that steadily revealed maturity, especially evident on Blaze, their final MGM studio release. At the helm once again was producer Mickie Most, who incorporated production and studio musicians on par with his burgeoning Donovan hits whose Museum is covered here and similar sounding material by the Hollies. The first ten tracks are Hermans Hermits 1967 album, Blaze and the following twelve tracks are the 1968-69 singles and most of their B-sides. Though unknown in America, three of the six singles were Top 10 in the UK, one was 12 and one made 23 The Most Beautiful Thing In My Life didnt chart at all. Looks changed, clothes changed, attitudes changed and more than anything music post British Invasion world in which Hermans Hermits had rolled in had already changed to a Folk-Rock and Sunshine Pop scene amid which the group had had a considerable string of hits before everything began to get psychedelic by early 1967.
