Ambient 2: The Plateaux of Mirror is a 1980 album by Harold Budd and Brian Eno. Eno produced Budd's 1978 album The Pavilion of Dreams after British composer Gavin Bryars introduced the pair, which led to their collaboration on this album. The collaborations between Brian Eno and Harold Budd began upon completing Budd's first noticed ambient record entitled The Pavilion of Dreams. Two years after the success of Budd's musicianship and Eno's excellent production on the album, the two combined forces and created Ambient 2: The Plateaux of Mirror, the follow up to Ambient 1: Music for Airports which was the first album to ever coin the term of ambient music. I don't think that you will be disapointed with this collection of ambient songs.
