Sinatra Swings originally titled Swing Along with Me is an album by Frank Sinatra with Billy May and his Orchestra, released in 1961. The album's two titles derive from the fact that Capitol thought this album, originally titled Swing Along With Me, was so close in sound and title to Sinatra's earlier Capitol album Come Swing with Me that the label sought, and was granted, a court order requiring Reprise to change the title of this, only his second Reprise album, to Sinatra Swings. Reprise was not. In fact, Capitol thought the album, originally titled Swing Along with Me, was so close in its sound and title that they sued Sinatra. The record label won the suit, and the singer had to change the name of his Reprise album to Sinatra Swings. Of course, that didn't change the actual content of the record. Swing Along with Me retitled Sinatra Swings is a 1961 studio album album Frank Sinatra's second for his self-founded label, Reprise Records and his twenty-ninth studio album all together. The album was later renamed to be simply Sinatra Swings due to legal trouble with Capitol Records. Sinatra's leave really weakened and angered Capitol Records. Caspitol then sued Reprise as the album's name was similar to one of Sinatra's last Capitol albums one that was competing with it at that time Come Swing.
