And that several numbers are outside of the standard traditional jazz repertoire.This variability is part of the band's charm.,and is
actually more representative of the ambience of its live performances.
Some listeners will also note that many of the Epsilon Jass Band's more popular arrangements are omitted from the recorded material.In most instances this is because the arrangement was a close modification of some other band's well recognized material.
