This is a discography of albums by American singer Elvis Presley, from his debut in 1956. The Recording Industry Association of America RIAA first began tracking sales of Elvis Presley in 1958, who did not receive his first Gold Album award until that year. In August 1992, he was awarded with 110 gold, platinum and multi-platinum albums and singles, the largest presentation of gold and platinum record awards in history. According to the latest data from the RIAA website, Elvis has a total of 101. So anybody looking for a good collection of the biggest Elvis hits, both in terms of charts and sound, should be happy with that - although if you're not Dutch, this might not be worth seeking out in other territories, as there is bound to be a domestic comp that gets you pretty close to where you want to be.
