Extra Celestial Transmission: The Remasters is the definitive collection of classic tracks by London-based producer ECT Leigh Griffiths, written between 1997 and 1998 and originally intended to be released as his full-length debut album. Instead, the tunes, including several cult favourite Pigmies collaborations with über-producer Mass Afro-Celt SoundsystemImagined VillageEdgecore, ended up scattered across various compilations on different labels. Wow what a shocker to find this up here, ECT was cutting edge at the time, with squark on Pychedelic Electronica 2, i remember people blasting it at outdoor parties in the UK back in the day.
