Rock keyboard genius Duncan Mackay hooked up with heavyweight players like John Wetton King Crimson, Asia, Steve Harley Cockney Rebel and the London Symphony Orchestra on his second album Score. Released in 1977, it marked a departure from the all-instrumental direction of his much-lauded debut Chimera, which led to a more traditionally structured rock album without losing any prog rock virtuosity. Highlighted by soaring vocals, stellar playing and sweeping epic songs, Score is a welcome addition to Duncan's musical legacy
