Short intro

Slow Dancing with the Moon features a who's who of country music circa 1993 guests including Tanya Tucker, Vince Gill, Mary-Chapin Carpenter, Chet Atkins, Kathy Mattea, and Billy Ray Cyrus are just a handful of the singers and players joining Parton on this outing. Ironically, it's the simpler, sparer songs that work best here stripped of all the gloss and star power that sink the guest-dominated tracks, they allow Parton's emotional vocals to really shine through. Slow Dancing with the Moon is the thirty-second solo studio album by Dolly Parton. It was released on February 23, 1993. The album features a number of famous guest artists, including Collin Raye, Mary Chapin Carpenter, Kathy Mattea, Tanya Tucker, Maura O'Connell, Billy Dean, Pam Tillis, Marty Stuart and Billy Ray Cyrus. The album released three singles, Romeo top 30, More Where That Came From which didn't make the top 40, and Full Circle which didn't chart. Despite the singles' lackluster. Album 1993 12 Songs. Buoyant and glitteringly white, Parton radiates good-heartedness and the conviction that what you really want is not sex but love - a love she, more than any other woman, is equipped to give you. Lately, however, she has seemed a bit tired, as if those much-bandied-about breasts were holding up the weight of the world. Maybe it was just the dramatic weight loss, but after Parton abandoned her crossover dreams and Nashville welcomed back its prodigal daughter with White Limozeen, she seemed to get smaller and smaller. During the conclusion of an appearance with David Letterman, country legend Dolly Parton sings the title-song from her 'Slow Dancing With The Moon' Parton : Slow Dancing with the Moon,альбом, рецезия, трек-лист, mp3, тексты песен. Whenever Forever Comes Album Version by Dolly Parton with Collin Raye. Listen Now . Being one of those people who didn't follow Dolly Parton's career over the decades, I have been discovering what she has done. Like many, I of course knew a few of her classics, but never realised how many wonderful songs she has done, written and sung or covered, many of which have been ignored or underestimated and which are as good if not better than those she is famous for. The title song SLOW DANCING WITH THE MOON, written by Mac Davis, is a gem, you have to hear it to understand, but it is beautiful, she sings it perfectly
