Catalog number "PC 9312" on spine, while front of jacket states "Stereo 9312" and CL 2512.
Note: CL 2512 would indicate a Mono release based on upper right back cover, but this release is definitely stereo as Track A1 starts with Piano only in left channel.

'GI' in matrix appears to indicate 1980's pressing at Columbia Records Pressing Plant, Carrollton, GA . "Six Eye" label style appears consistent with that time period.

Short intro

Time In is a 1966 studio album by Dave Brubeck, the last of Brubeck's 'Time' series. All the compositions on it were written by Dave Brubeck two co-written with his wife Iola Brubeck, and performed by the Dave Brubeck Quartet. Stylistically, they cover a considerable range, from slow ballads in a West Coast jazz sound, to some of the religiously themed work he began to essay in the later 1960s Forty Days, which would later appear in his The Light in the Wilderness: An Oratorio for Today, to more. Thanks to snobb for the updates. Buy D. Dave Brubeck must certainly have been infatuated with time, as this is one of five albums with time in the title, and the first in that series. Recorded in the fall of 1955 when Brubeck and his players were laying thing down their music live for the most part, this diamond was recorded in the studio, featuring Joe Dodge on drums, Bob Bates doing a brilliant job on bass, and of course Paul Desmond on alto sax.
