Collins & Collins are made up of Tonee Collins and her brother Bill Collins. They were in the PhiladephiaSouth Jersey area when they were signed by A & M in 1981. The album was produced by John Davis and recorded at Sigma Sound Philadelphia, the home to Philly International. The album was not marketed heavily by A & M and had minimal success.
