Follow Me Cash Money Millionaires also known as The Millionaires was a supergroup of Cash Money recording artists from New Orleans, Louisiana, formed in 1996 and disbanded in 2001. The group was composed of the Big Tymer Birdman and Mannie Fresh and the Hot Boy B. Juvenile, Lil Wayne and Turk. The Cash Money Millionaires went on numerous tours, including tours with the Ruff Ryders and Nelly. In September 2000, the Millionaires released a soundtrack album to Baller Blockin' in which they starred. Cash Money is one of the most dominating rap groups out there. At first I didn't like the idea that Cash Money was releasing an instrumental album, but then I realized they included song of my favorite Cash Money beats of all time. Their most successful songs were added to the instrumental album. Everything from The Hot Boys I need a Hot girl to BG and his major hit from Chopper City In the Ghetto Bling Bling. Also the hit from Wayne's solo album The Block Is Hot and the Big Tymers with thier hit 1 Stunna. You can't forget about J. Play jigsaw puzzles for free Home. Platinum Instrumentals, 2000. Ha, 04:28. This is probably the best instrumental compilation I've ever heard outside of genres that are basically instrumental by definition, like Chillout. Though, I think "Platinum Dubs and Instrumentals" would be more accurate since there are some of what I would call each (i.e., instrumentals have no vocal tracks at all; dubs have some vocals, but usually short and highly effects processed samples and not anything approaching a full verse. Origin of the term Dub is from Dub Reggae, see King Tubby and Lee Perry, which isn't that well known in the States but was in fact some of the earliest electronic music ever made. Just, it was a whole hell of a lot lot more work than typing and clicking into a computer, and samples were limited by the size of physical loops of tape they could cut up, put back together, and still play back on the deck).

Some tracks would have done better as the other type (arguably, the instrumental of "Back That Azz Up" aged better than the original, but I think it might work better as a dub), but that's not the point, the point is beats and bass, and at that, there are few producers in any genre who can match Mannie Fresh. This is like a 13-track audio instructional CD on the subject of : Why Mannie Fresh is Such A Boss Amongst Producers. Someone on Youtube mentioned, he's a top 10 all-time producer... yeah, I would agree: in ANY GENRE. Some of these you would have never guessed they were hip hop, Follow Me Now? I'm like, what's this, a Bossa Nova? Or, We On Fire? That could be some action movie soundtrack like James Bond or 90's Jerry Bruckheimer. Like those demo tracks that are built into synths except by an actual professional master electronic musician (no offense intended toward the very respectable Roland or Yamaha employees who program those in, particularly whoever programmed the DX7, thereby single-handedly defining the sound of 80s pop music)

Anyway, though, unfortunately, I only have two 9-inch subs in my trunk rather than the preferred configuration of two 12's and four 8's, this thing still makes the car quake like a 8.9 on the Richter scale. Actually enhances the bass to remove the midrange muddling everything up. I think "We on Fire" and "U Understand" were some of the best sounding bass I've ever heard the thing put out. Highly recommended listening for hip hop or any electronic music enthusiasts in general.
