So here we have an album that ultimately led to one key members departure, and one outlanders departure, but even after all this time Breathless isnt that bad. It featured many signs of a band preparing to depart from their progressive roots, but it enjoys a quite robust sound because it is full of life. While the group didn't quite achieve that goal, Breathless is nevertheless a more accessible record than Camel's other albums, which tend to focus on instrumentals.
