Short intro

Apogee is the second full-length album by stoner metal band Bongzilla. The album was released in May 2000 by Ritual Records, and re-released in 2004 by Relapse Records. It contains three songs recorded in the studio and four recorded at a live concert. Thankfully, Bongzilla's typical fans are a resilient bunch, and will likely get off big time on Apogee's live second half - this being the first official release to contain such samples of the band as heard in their on-stage element. All others are referred to the aforementioned Gateway for their initiation to the smoky and dingy basement of sound haunted by Bongzilla. 17 January .
