Short intro

Tyr ˈtɪər stylized as ᛏᛉᚱ is the fifteenth studio album by English rock band Black Sabbath, released in August 1990 by . The album title, and several song titles, allude to Norse mythology, which led many to call Tyr a concept album, although bassist Neil Murray dispelled that in 2005, stating that while many of the songs may seem loosely related, very little of the album has to do with mythology and it was not intended to be a concept recording. TYR was the first Black Sabbath album I listened to after it, I went back in history to know all of their work. I found this article very interesting, but it made a doubt come to my mind: Are you sure it was released on August 20th, 1990 in UK. A wonderful album is TYR, the strongest album from the Tony Martin era of Sabbath & the best sounding album & the best lyrics also Powerful but clean, strong & smooth sounding, unlike Headless Cross which was a very good album, but a little muddy production wise & far too loud in its overall sound Eternal Idol is also a strong album song wise . Tyr is the son of Odin, the chief god in Norse mythology. Black Sabbath. Released August 20, 1990. Tyr Tracklist. Anno Mundi Lyrics. The Law Maker Lyrics. Gothic in approach, but crushing guitar riffs galore, Tyr followed Black Sabbath's previous return to the spotlight by less than a year. Again leaning heavily on the darker side of life, or perhaps, death, Tyr is a set of tunes loosely based around the Norse tales of Odin and the gods of war. Valhalla is unlike anything the old Sabbath tried, yet still sounds familiar. The Sabbath Stones mix myth with metal in a crushing display of musical synthesis. With Tyr, Black Sabbath sound as serious as can be. Track Listing. Black Sabbath Tyr 1990. Created by florxquin on 24 Apr 2020. Tyr stylized as ᛏᛉᚱ is the fifteenth studio album by Black Sabbath. Best Black Sabbath album to have ever been recorded Best lineup of Black Sabbath, by far: Ozzy Osbourne - vocals Tony Iommi - guitar Geezer Butler - bass Bill Ward - drums. Come back to Sabbath, Bill. Well, usually more hits, means more people prefer the song. or the album. I'm not saying that Master of Reality is a bad album - it's great But just because it came first in page displaying the Greatest Black Sabbath Albums, don't argue against it. More people say that Paranoid is better than Master of Reality. Deal with it
